The inquiry form prepares an email using information you enter. It does not transmit or store a submission on this website. If you send that email, Schweickart LLC receives the information you choose to share.
How it is used
Schweickart LLC uses this information to evaluate, respond to, and keep a record of your inquiry; protect the site from abuse; and manage any resulting business conversation.
What not to submit
Do not submit confidential employer or customer information, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, medical information, or legally privileged material through the website.
Service providers
The hosting provider may process ordinary request and security logs; your email provider processes messages under its own policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably useful for the business purpose, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of an inquiry, email david.schweickart@gmail.com.
